ABERYSTWYTH WHEELCHAIR BASKETBALL CLUB
REGISTERED CHARITY NO. 1179592

Aberystwyth Wheelchair Basketball Club is a registered charity (No. 1179592) and sister club of Aberystwyth Basketball Club. Our mission is to make basketball accessible to everyone by providing inclusive opportunities for disabled and non-disabled people to play, develop, compete and belong. Supported by BBC Children in Need since 2018, we provide a FUN, SAFE and INCLUSIVE environment for players of all ages and abilities. From young beginners to experienced players, everyone is welcome. We are proud of our strong community, our growing junior programme and our commitment to creating opportunities through wheelchair basketball.

ALL ABILITIES
ALL AGES
We pride ourselves on offering sessions for all ages and all abilities. We welcome new players and veterans alike. From primary school age to former paralympian's we have them all!
WE SEE EVERYONE
GLOW IN THE DARK
Basketball in the dark? Absolutely! Our Glow in the Dark Basketball sessions are one of the club's most popular activities. With UV lights, glowing equipment and plenty of fun, it's basketball with a difference — and it's open to everyone.

FUN COMMUNITY
BALL4ALL
We create a fun, family-friendly environment where everyone belongs. Our wheelchair basketball community connects with other club sessions, including Senior, Ladies and Primary School basketball, helping players of all abilities experience just how inclusive and enjoyable our sport can be.
TRAIN HARD
PLAY EASY
TRAIN as you PLAY and PLAY as you TRAIN! We encourage players to work hard, develop their skills and enjoy the game. Whether you're learning the basics or competing at a higher level, we support each other on and off the basketball court.
