🏀 Aberystwyth Basketball Club — Single Session Payment Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions apply to members of Aberystwyth Basketball Club (“the Club”) who make a single-session payment through the website to attend a training, practice, or game session.
2. Eligibility

This payment option is only for current members of Aberystwyth Basketball Club.

Non-members should use the Pay-As-You-Go option available on the website.

Members must be registered and approved by the Club before attending sessions.
3. Payment

Payment must be made online in advance of the session via the Club’s website.

The session fee covers one scheduled basketball session only.

Payments are non-transferable and cannot be credited to another member or session.
4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are not normally issued for missed sessions or non-attendance.

If a session is cancelled by the Club (e.g. due to venue closure or coach unavailability), you will be offered a credit or refund for that session.

Requests for refunds due to extenuating circumstances may be considered at the Club’s discretion — please contact the Club directly.
5. Session Attendance

Members must arrive on time and follow the instructions of Club coaches and volunteers.

All members must adhere to the Club’s Code of Conduct, Health & Safety, and Safeguarding policies.

The Club reserves the right to refuse participation if a member is deemed unfit or fails to comply with Club rules.
6. Liability

Participation in basketball involves some level of physical risk.

By making payment, you confirm that you are fit to take part and understand these risks.

The Club accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage to personal property while attending sessions, except where caused by negligence.
7. Data Protection

Personal information provided during payment will be handled in line with the Club’s Privacy Policy and GDPRregulations.

Payment details are processed securely via the Wix payment platform.
